Successful Installation definition

Successful Installation means an installation of the Toolbar on an End User's computer and subsequent communication of such Toolbar with a Google server as determined by Google [ *** ]. Successful Installation shall not include (a) [ *** ] (b) [ *** ] (c) [ *** ] (d) [ *** ].
