Substituted Obligor definition

Substituted Obligor means a single purpose company incorporated in any jurisdiction;
Substituted Obligor means a single purpose company incorporated in any jurisdiction that meets the SPV Criteria;
Substituted Obligor has the meaning specified in Clause 15.2.1;

Examples of Substituted Obligor in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall be entitled to refuse to approve any Substituted Obligor if, pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Substituted Obligor, the assumption by the Substituted Obligor of its obligations hereunder imposes responsibilities on the Trustee over and above those which have been assumed under this Trust Deed.

  • On completion of the formalities set out in Condition 14.3 and this Clause 15.3, the Substituted Obligor shall be deemed to be named in the Conditions, the relevant Trust Deed, the other Programme Documents and the ETP Securities as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and the Conditions, the relevant Trust Deed, the other Programme Documents and the ETP Securities shall be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

  • The Substituted Obligor shall give notice of the substitution to the ETP Securityholders within 14 calendar days of the execution of such documents and compliance with such requirements as set out in Condition 14.3 and this Clause 15.3.

  • On completion of the formalities set out in this Clause 13.2, the Substituted Obligor shall be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed, the Notes, the Certificates, the Receipts, the Coupons and the Talons as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute under this Clause) and this Trust Deed, the Notes, the Certificates, the Receipts, the Coupons and the Talons shall be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

  • On completion of the formalities set out in Clause 14.213.2, the Substituted Obligor shall be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed, the Notes, the Certificates, the Receipts, the Coupons and the Talons as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed, the Notes, the Certificates, the Receipts, the Coupons and the Talons shall be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.
