Goal Tracking: Goal tracking systems for special education students shall be mutually developed by the special education teacher and the case manager in accordance with CPS guidelines. Goal tracking systems shall be individually tailored accounting for the student’s particular needs. Student Discipline: To the extent feasible pursuant to the Student Code of Conduct, Special Education teachers, case managers, and social workers shall be informed of and have the opportunity to provide input into all discipline decisions for students in their caseloads, provided it does not require unreasonably delay the issuance of discipline or other action it deems necessary. Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting the Employer’s ability to request input from case managers or other individuals responsible for the student as it deems appropriate.
