Substitute Options definition

Substitute Options means Options granted in assumption of, or in substitution for, outstanding options previously granted by a company acquired by the Company or with which the Company combines.
Substitute Options means Stock Options issued in assumption of or substitution for stock options issued by a company acquired by the Company or with which the Company combines.
Substitute Options shall have the meaning specified in Section 4(c).

Examples of Substitute Options in a sentence

  • Substitute Options may be granted on such terms as the Board deems appropriate in the circumstances, notwithstanding any limitations on Options contained in the other sections of this Section 5 or in Section 2.

  • Substitute Options may be Nonstatutory Options or Incentive Stock Options.
