Substitute Licensee definition

Substitute Licensee means the Lender or any other qualified purchaser of, or successor to, the interests of Lender in a judicial or non-judicial foreclosure sale or otherwise that meets the conditions of assignment set forth in Section 5.6 and shall be substituted for Licensee under this SLA.
Substitute Licensee means the Lender, or any other party nominated by Xxxxxx and approved by the Judicial Council in accordance with Section 10.4 of the SPPA, which party shall be substituted for the Licensee under the SPPA.

Examples of Substitute Licensee in a sentence

  • The Judicial Council shall notify the Lender or Qualified Purchaser, as applicable, and Licensee of the Judicial Council’s determination as to whether the proposed Substitute Licensee satisfies the requirements of this section within thirty (30) calendar days of the Judicial Council’s receipt of all the required supporting documentation.

  • If the Judicial Council determines in its reasonable judgment that those standards are satisfied, the Judicial Council shall approve such proposed Substitute Licensee for the remaining Term and on the same terms and conditions contained in this SLA.

  • If System Lessor desires to step in as the Substitute Licensee and System Lessor notifies Trustees, in accordance with Section 19.9 of the Agreement, that it has elected to be so recognized, then System Lessor shall be recognized as a “Substitute Licensee” if it complies with Section 12.5 of the Agreement.

Related to Substitute Licensee

  • Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

  • Substitute caregiver means any person other than the licensee, resident manager, floating resident manager, or shift caregiver who provides care and services in an AFH under the jurisdiction of the Department.

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;

  • Medical marijuana product means a product that contains cannabinoids that have been extracted from plant material or the resin therefrom by physical or chemical means and is intended for administration to a licensed patient, including but not limited to concentrates, oils, tinctures, edibles, pills, topical forms, gels, creams, and other derivative forms, except that this term does not include live plant forms.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
