Substitute Lease definition

Substitute Lease as defined in Section 12 of the Assignment and Servicing Agreement.

• On or before the related Deposit Date, Vendor Services shall pay the Purchase Amount to the Servicer and the Contributor, as their interests may appear, or substitute a Substitute Lease.

• Eligible Lease - a Lease that satisfies the representations and -------------- warranties set forth in Section 2.04, 2.05(b) and 2.08 and, in the case of a Substitute Lease or Additional Lease, the applicable requirements of Section 11.

• Upon any substitution of Leases in accordance with the provisions of this Section 9, the Seller's and the Servicer's obligations hereunder with respect to the Predecessor Lease shall cease but the Seller and the Servicer shall each thereafter have the same obligations with respect to the Substitute Lease substituted as it has with respect to all other Leases subject to the terms hereof.
