Substitute Investor Member definition

Substitute Investor Member means any Person who is admitted to the Company as an Investor Member pursuant to Section 12.5 or acquires the Interest of the Investor Member pursuant to Section 7.3 of this Agreement.
Substitute Investor Member means an assignee of the Investor Member’s Interest that is admitted to the Company pursuant to Section 9.03.
