Substitute Contracts definition

Substitute Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus of each Fund.
Substitute Contracts means any Substitute Drillship Contract and any Substitute Rig Contract.

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.
