Examples of Substantial Completion Target Date in a sentence

  • With the exception of the Existing Renovated Office Space, absent such notification, Landlord shall give notice to Tenant approximately forty-five (45) days prior to the Substantial Completion Target Date.

  • Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever to Tenant in the event that Landlord shall fail for any reason whatsoever to Substantially Complete Landlord’s Work on or before the Substantial Completion Target Date (including, without limitation, for any damages that Tenant may suffer as a result thereof or in connection therewith); provided, however, in such event, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to Substantially Complete Landlord’s Work as soon as possible thereafter.

  • If for any reason Landlord cannot Substantially Complete Landlord’s Work and deliver possession of the Premises to Tenant on or before the Substantial Completion Target Date, Landlord shall not be subject to any liability therefor, nor shall such failure affect the validity of this Lease or the obligations of Tenant hereunder.

Related to Substantial Completion Target Date

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Development Milestone Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.

  • Substantial compliance means a level of compliance with these rules where any deficiencies pose no greater risk to resident health or safety than the potential for causing minor harm.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
