Substantial Completion Notice definition

Substantial Completion Notice has the meaning set forth in paragraph (f) of Section 4.4 (Pre- Synchronization Testing).

More Definitions of Substantial Completion Notice

Substantial Completion Notice has the meaning given in Section 25.2(b) of the Project Agreement.
