  • Approval by Owner of an Acceleration Plan shall not be deemed in any way to relieve Contractor of its obligations under this Agreement relating to the failure to achieve Substantial Completion by the Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date, shall not be a basis for an increase in the Contract Price, and shall not limit the rights of Owner under Section 15.1.

Related to Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date

  • Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.
