subsidiary undertaking definition

subsidiary undertaking means an undertaking controlled by a parent undertaking, including any subsidiary undertaking of an ultimate parent undertaking;
subsidiary undertaking means any subsidiary undertaking within the meaning of Article 1 of Directive 83/349/EEC, including subsidiaries thereof;
subsidiary undertaking means a subsidiary undertaking which falls to be treated as such in the audited accounts of the Group.
