Subsidiary REIT definition

Subsidiary REIT means, from and after the effective date of its REIT election, any direct or indirect subsidiary of Host LP that has elected to be treated as a REIT under the Internal Revenue Code.
Subsidiary REIT means means any of RLJ III — MH Denver Airport, Inc. (f/k/a Lodgian Denver Inc.), RLJ III — EM West Palm Beach, Inc. (f/k/a Servico Centre Associates, Inc.), RLJ III — C Buckhead, Inc.
