Subsidiary Guarantor definition

Subsidiary Guarantor means, collectively, the Subsidiaries of the Borrower that are Guarantors.

Subsidiary Guarantor means any Guarantor other than Holdings.

Subsidiary Guarantor means each Subsidiary that is a Guarantor.

• Each Subsidiary Guarantor hereby subordinates the payment of all obligations and indebtedness of the Borrower owing to such Subsidiary Guarantor, whether now existing or hereafter arising, including but not limited to any obligation of the Borrower to such Subsidiary Guarantor as subrogee of the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, or resulting from such Subsidiary Guarantor’s performance under this Guaranty, to the indefeasible payment in full in cash of all Guaranteed Obligations.

More Definitions of Subsidiary Guarantor

Subsidiary Guarantor means any Subsidiary of the Borrower that executes a Subsidiary Guarantee, and its successors and assigns.

Subsidiary Guarantor means each Subsidiary which is party to a Subsidiary Guaranty.
