Subsidiary Financing Agreement definition

Subsidiary Financing Agreement means any agreement to be entered into between the Borrower and a Participating Bank pursuant to Section 3.01 (b) of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time;
Subsidiary Financing Agreement means the agreement referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement pursuant to which the Borrower shall make part of the proceeds of the Loan available to the Project Implementing Entity.
Subsidiary Financing Agreement means the agreement referred to in Part A of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement pursuant to which the Recipient shall make the proceeds of the Financing available to the Project Implementing Entity.

More Definitions of Subsidiary Financing Agreement

Subsidiary Financing Agreement and “Subsidiary Finance” mean, respectively, any agreement entered into or to be entered into between the Borrower, through the Apex Unit acting as Fiscal Agent of the Borrower in accordance with the Fiscal Agency Agreement, and a Participating Financial Institution pursuant to paragraph 2 (a) of Schedule 5 to this Agreement, and any loan made pursuant to a Subsidiary Financing Agreement.
