More Definitions of Subsidiary Equity Interests

Subsidiary Equity Interests means any instrument evidencing an ownership interest in FairPoint (other than FairPoint Communications), whether or not transferable, and all options, warrants or rights, contractual or otherwise, to acquire any such interests, all as of the Effective Date. Each Subsidiary Equity Interest shall be deemed Allowed under the Plan.
Subsidiary Equity Interests means the Equity Interests in any of the Debtors held by any of the other Debtors.
