Subsidiary Employees definition

Subsidiary Employees means the employees of each of the Subsidiaries.
Subsidiary Employees means those individuals employed by the Seller Subsidiaries immediately prior to the Closing Date.
Subsidiary Employees means those Employees who are employed by the Transferred Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Subsidiary Employees

Subsidiary Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.02(a).
Subsidiary Employees means all individuals as to whom a Subsidiary maintains on the Closing Date an employee- employer relationship, including any such individuals on short- term disability or leave of absence.
Subsidiary Employees means current or former living employees of Acquired Subsidiaries.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Relevant Employees means the employees who may be affected by a change referred to in subclause (1).

  • Transferring Employees means employees of the Incumbent Contractor who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Service and who are subject of a Relevant Transfer to the Contractor by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Temporary Employees means those employees hired to replace regular employees absent due to illness, accident, vacation, leave of absence, etc., or hired to perform work on projects or assignments of limited duration. The employment of temporary employees hired to perform work on projects or assignments of limited duration shall be limited to a period of ninety (90) days of work in any twelve (12) month period, commencing from the date of hire or commencement of employment in such period. The period of employment for temporary employees hired for all other purposes shall be limited to twelve (12) months. A project or assignment of limited duration shall not exceed eighteen (18) weeks’ duration in any twelve (12) month period. Any projects or assignments of limited duration in excess of that provided for herein will be posted.
