Examples of Subsidiary Designation in a sentence

  • Any Subsidiary Designation by the board of directors of Holdings shall be evidenced to the Administrative Agent by promptly filing with the Administrative Agent a copy of the resolution of the board of directors of Holdings giving effect to such designation and a certificate of an Authorized Officer of the Borrower certifying that such designation complied with the foregoing provisions, and containing the calculations of compliance (in reasonable detail) with preceding clause (ii).

Related to Subsidiary Designation

  • Beneficiary Designation Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Executive completes, signs, and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate one or more Beneficiaries.
