Subsidiaries Guaranty definition

Subsidiaries Guaranty shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.10.

Subsidiaries Guaranty means and include the U.S. Subsidiaries Guaranty, the Foreign Subsidiaries Guaranty and any other guaranty executed and delivered by any Subsidiary of the U.S. Borrower pursuant to any of Sections 8.11, 8.12 and/or 9.11.

Subsidiaries Guaranty shall have the meaning provided in the definition of “Collateral and Guaranty Requirements.”

Examples of Subsidiaries Guaranty in a sentence

• All notices and other communications provided for hereunder shall be given in the form and manner and delivered to Agent at its address specified in the Credit Agreement, and to any of the Grantors at their respective addresses specified in the Credit Agreement or Subsidiaries Guaranty, as applicable, or, as to any party, at such other address as shall be designated by such party in a written notice to the other party.

More Definitions of Subsidiaries Guaranty

Subsidiaries Guaranty means the Subsidiaries Guaranty made by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-2.
