Subsequent Reset Date definition

Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as applicable;
Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms or, in the case of Exempt Notes, the applicable Pricing Supplement;

Examples of Subsequent Reset Date in a sentence

  • If at least three quotations are provided, the rate for the Reset Date or relevant Subsequent Reset Date, as the case may be, will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations, eliminating the highest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the highest) and the lowest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the lowest).

  • On the relevant First Reset Date, the relevant Second Reset Date (if applicable) and each relevant Subsequent Reset Date (if any) thereafter, the interest rate will be reset to the sum of the relevant Reset Reference Rate and the relevant First Margin or relevant Subsequent Margin (as applicable) as determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date (each such interest rate, a "Subsequent Reset Rate").
