Subsequent Periods definition

Subsequent Periods as defined in Section 8.02(b).
Subsequent Periods means the subsequent period (s) thereafter unless terminated by not less than 1 months written notice to expire at the end of the relevant year.

More Definitions of Subsequent Periods

Subsequent Periods means every twelve (12) consecutive month period following Period Two during the Term which commences on the anniversary of the commencement of Period Two occurring after the end of Period Two.
Subsequent Periods means rolling periods following the Initial Term.
Subsequent Periods. For each month following the Initial Period, the Adviser will receive the Base Fee, subject to the Performance Fee Adjustment calculated as described above. The Fund's investment performance will be measured by comparing (i) the opening net asset value of one share of the Fund on the first business day of the performance period with (ii) the closing net asset value of one share of the Fund as of the last business day of such period. In computing the investment performance of the Fund and the investment record of the Fund's benchmark index, distributions of realized capital gains, the value of capital gains taxes per share paid or payable on undistributed realized long-term capital gains accumulated to the end of such period and dividends paid out of investment income on the part of the Fund, and all cash distributions of the securities included in the Fund's benchmark index, will be treated as reinvested in accordance with Rule 205-1 or any other applicable rules under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as the same from time to time may be amended. Any calculations of the investment performance of the Fund and the investment performance of the Fund's benchmark index shall be in accordance with any then applicable rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission. In the event of any termination of this Agreement, the fee provided for in this Schedule A shall be calculated on the basis of a period ending on the last day on which this Agreement is in effect, subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current period as a percentage of the total number of days in such period.
Subsequent Periods. Ninety days prior to the commencement of the support period.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • Offering Periods means the periods of approximately ---------------- twenty-four (24) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after May 1 and November 1 of each year and terminating on the last Trading Day in the periods ending twenty-four months later; provided, however, that the first Offering Period under the Plan shall commence with the first Trading Day on or after the date on which the Securities and Exchange Commission declares the Company's Registration Statement effective and ending on the last Trading Day on or before April 30, 2002. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

  • Event Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • Settlement Period has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(d)(i) hereof.

  • Pricing Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days after the Advance Notice Date.

  • Curtailment Period means the period of time during which Seller reduces generation from the Project, pursuant to a Curtailment Order. The Curtailment Period shall be inclusive of the time required for the Project to ramp down and ramp up; provided that such time periods to ramp down and ramp up shall be consistent with the Ramp Rate designated in the Cover Sheet.

  • Repayment Period means the period beginning on the Loan Commencement Date and continuing for 36 calendar months.

  • Accounting Periods means each month.

  • Postponement Period has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b).

  • Consent Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.05(d)(ii).

  • Enrollment Period means the period agreed upon by the Policyholder and Us when an Eligible Person may enroll for coverage or an Insured may change benefit elections under the Policy.

  • Agreement Period shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 3.2 of this Agreement.

  • Payment Period means the three months following each Collection Quarter.

  • Adjustment Period means the period from the Effective Date up to and including the Expiry Time;

  • Shelf Suspension Period See Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Grant Period means the period between Effective Date and Expiration Date of the Grant Award Agreement during which time expenditure of all grant funds and all contributions to match must be made.

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Base Period means (i) the test period ending December 31, 2010 (or, if the Commission has elected to stagger its biennial reviews of utilities as provided in subdivision 1, the test period ending December 31, 2010, for a Phase I Utility, or December 31, 2011, for a Phase II Utility), or (ii) the most recent test period with respect to which credits have been applied to customers' bills under the provisions of this subdivision, whichever is later.

  • Assessment Period means such period as is prescribed in sections 19 to 21 over which income falls to be calculated;

  • Semi-Annual Period means each of: the period beginning on and including January 1 and ending on and including June 30; and the period beginning on and including July 1 and ending on and including December 31.
