Subsequent Orders definition

Subsequent Orders means additional purchases (including but not limited to add-on licenses or credits) for the Services “Term” shall mean the Initial Term and/or the Subsequent Term(s), as the case may be.

Examples of Subsequent Orders in a sentence

  • The Liquidator shall ensure that all the documents are handed over to the Successful Bidder subject to post issuance of the sale certificate in accordance with the Order and the Subsequent Orders.

  • Payment Order means an instruction of a sender to a receiving bank, transmitted orally, electronically, or in writing, to pay, or to cause another bank to pay, a fixed or determinable amount of money to a beneficiary if the following apply:

  • Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.

  • Consent Order means a support order that reflects the agreement of the noncustodial parent, the custodial parent and the division of child support. A consent order requires the approval of an administrative law judge.

  • Approval Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to Sections 363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, authorizing and approving, among other things, (a) the sale of the Purchased Assets (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities by Purchaser and (c) the assumption and assignment of the Purchased Contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which will be in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties.

  • DIP Orders means, collectively, the Interim DIP Order and the Final DIP Order.

  • Reverse Sequential Order means (a) first, to the reduction of the Note Principal Balance of each B Note, on a Pro Rata and Pari Passu Basis, until the Note Principal Balance of each such Note is reduced to zero; and (b) second, to the reduction of the Note Principal Balance of each of A Note, on a Pro Rata and Pari Passu Basis, until the Note Principal Balance of each such Note is reduced to zero.

  • Entitlement Order shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.

  • Sale Order means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer and Seller approving this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions hereof, and approving and authorizing Seller to consummate the Transactions.

  • Disclosure Statement Approval Order means the Final Order approving, among other things, the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Market Order means Orders which are executed at the best available market price.

  • FCC Order means Federal Communications Commission Order 94-102 (61 Federal Register 40348)

  • Individual Orders means Customer (or Customer entity) orders for Eligible Services from SAP, where the Customer (or Customer entity) has provided SAP with the identification number of the PlusPackage (CDA number) and intends for the order to be counted in the calculation of the Commitment Value.

  • Mass of a vehicle in running order means the mass of an unladen vehicle with bodywork, and with coupling device in the case of a towing vehicle, or the mass of the chassis with cab if the manufacturer does not fit the bodywork and/or coupling device, including coolant, oils, 90 per cent of fuel, 100 per cent of other liquids except used waters, tools, spare wheel, driver (75 kg) and, for buses and coaches, the mass of the crew member (75 kg) if there is a crew seat in the vehicle.

  • Placement Agency Agreement means the Placement Agency Agreement by and between the Company and the Placement Agent dated the date hereof.

  • Sequential Order means (a) first, to the reduction of the Note Principal Balance of each of the A Notes and all interest thereon, on a Pro Rata and Pari Passu Basis, until the Note Principal Balance of each such Note is reduced to zero and (b) second, to the reduction of the Note Principal Balance of the B Note until the Note Principal Balance of such Note is reduced to zero.

  • Factoring Transaction means any transaction or series of transactions that may be entered into by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary pursuant to which the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary may sell, convey, assign or otherwise transfer Securitization Assets (which may include a backup or precautionary grant of security interest in such Securitization Assets so sold, conveyed, assigned or otherwise transferred or purported to be so sold, conveyed, assigned or otherwise transferred) to any Person other than a Receivables Subsidiary.

  • Tariff Order in respect of a licensee means the most recent order issued by the Commission for that licensee indicating the rates to be charged by the licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electrical energy and services;

  • Effluent limitation guideline means a regulation published by the Administration under Section 304(b) of the CWA to adopt or revise effluent limitations.
