Subsequent Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(iii).

  • In the event that the date of grant of the Subsequent Option is not a trading day, the exercise price per Share shall be the Fair Market Value on the next trading day immediately following the date of grant of the Subsequent Option.

Subsequent Option means any right of the Participant to acquire Shares at the Exercise Price at a future date, which is granted in pursuance of Rule 3 of this Plan after 12 June, 2013 subject to the terms and conditions of this Plan and on terms that the Vesting of the Shares comprised in such Subsequent Option is (subject as otherwise provided herein) conditional upon:

  • Over-Allotment Option means the option of the Underwriters to purchase up to an additional 15 per cent of the firm units (as described in the Articles) issued in the IPO at a price equal to US$10 per unit, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

  • Parent Option means an option to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock.

  • Replacement Option means an Option that is granted when a Participant uses a Common Share held or to be acquired by the Participant to exercise an Option and/or to satisfy tax withholding requirements incident to the exercise of an Option.

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Purchase Period means a period of time specified within an Offering, generally beginning on the Offering Date or on the first Trading Day following a Purchase Date, and ending on a Purchase Date. An Offering may consist of one or more Purchase Periods.

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Call Option Period has the meaning given to it in Condition 6.04 (Call Option);

  • Initial Exercise Date means the date hereof.

  • Purchase Right means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • Optioned Shares means Shares subject to an Award granted pursuant to this Plan.
