Subsequent Indication definition

Subsequent Indication means the use of a Product for the treatment of any Indication that is not the Initial Indication.
Subsequent Indication means the use of a Sublicensed Product for the treatment of an Indication that is not the Initial Indication. For clarity, references herein to aSubsequent Indication in the Territory” mean a Subsequent Indication as set forth in a Regulatory Approval for Sublicensed Products in the Territory, and Knight’s rights and obligations hereunder with respect to Subsequent Indications following Launch refer to Subsequent Indications as set forth in a Regulatory Approval for Sublicensed Products in the Territory.
Subsequent Indication means any indication other than the Initial Indications.

More Definitions of Subsequent Indication

Subsequent Indication has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.3 ([***]).
Subsequent Indication means the prevention, treatment and/or control of a disease or condition in humans in the Licensed Field that is separate and distinct from both the RA Indication and the Other Indication for which the applicable milestone event was previously achieved. For example, inflammatory bowel disease (includes both Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis), psoriasis and ankylosing spondylitis would each be “separate and distinct” indications for one another for purposes of this definition. For clarity, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis would not be considered to be “separate and distinct” indications for one another for purposes of this definition (i.e., both be considered to be included in the inflammatory bowel disease indication). Also, for clarity, different types or stages of a disease (such as lupus) would not be considered “separate and distinct” indications for purposes of this definition. Accordingly, by way of example if the Other Indication is inflammatory bowel disease (for example, Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis) the Subsequent Indication could be psoriasis or ankylosing spondylitis.
Subsequent Indication means each indication in the Field other than the Initial Indication, including the Monotherapy Indication; provided that Subsequent Indications must be distinct indications and broadening the use of a Licensed Product for a particular indication shall not be deemed a new indication. By way of illustration, extending the use of the Licensed Product to patients of different age parameters who have multi-drug resistant HIV infection shall not be deemed a new indication distinct from the Initial Indication. For clarity, indications outside of the Field, such as indications in connection with oncology are not included within the scope of this Agreement.
Subsequent Indication means any Indication in cancer subsequent to the Second Indication for which a Licensed Product has been approved by a Regulatory Authority. Territory means worldwide.
