Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports (other than confidential material change reports), business acquisition reports or other documents issued by the Corporation after the Execution Time which are, or are deemed to be, pursuant to applicable Securities Laws, incorporated by reference into the Final Prospectuses or any Prospectus Amendment;

  • Concurrently with the delivery of any Supplementary Material or the incorporation by reference in the Amended and Restated Prospectus of any Subsequent Disclosure Document, the Company shall delivery to the Agent, with respect to such Supplementary Material or Subsequent Disclosure Documents, comfort leters substantially similar to the letters referred to in Section 5(a)(iv).

  • Disclosure Package and the Prospectus or the Subsequent Disclosure Documents, including ordinary routine litigation incidental to the business of any of the BIP Entities, are not reasonably likely to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Concurrently with the delivery of any Supplementary Material or the incorporation by reference in the Prospectus of any Subsequent Disclosure Document, the Company shall delivery to the Agent, with respect to such Supplementary Material or Subsequent Disclosure Documents, comfort leters substantially similar to the letters referred to in Section 5(a)(iv).

  • Concurrently with the delivery of any Supplementary Material or the incorporation by reference in the Prospectus Supplement of any Subsequent Disclosure Document, the Company shall delivery to the Agent, with respect to such Supplementary Material or Subsequent Disclosure Documents, comfort letter substantially similar to the letters referred to in Section 5(a)(iv).

  • The Company shall also prepare and deliver promptly to the Underwriters copies of all Supplementary Material and of all Subsequent Disclosure Documents, signed and certified as applicable.

Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, press releases, management's discussion and analyses, business acquisition reports or other documents filed by the Trust after the date of this agreement and before the end of the Distribution Period which are, or are deemed to be, incorporated by reference into the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any Prospectus Amendment;
Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any filings with the SEC after the date of this Agreement which are incorporated by reference into the Registration Statement;
Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any annual and/or int management’s discussion and analysis, informat change reports, business acquisition reports or other documents issued by the Company after thedate of this Agreement that are required by Canadian Securities Laws to be incorporated by reference into the Prospectus or any Supplementary Material;
Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, business acquisition reports, or other documents filed by the Company after the date of this Agreement that are required by applicable Canadian Securities Laws to be incorporated by reference in the Preliminary Prospectus or Final Prospectus, including, for greater certainty, the audited financial statements of the Company as at and for the year ended December 31, 2018, together with the notes thereto and the auditors’ report thereon and the management’s discussion and analysis of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2018;
