Subsequent Adjustments definition

Subsequent Adjustments. Means (i) a recoupment from the Holder of a Permitted Claim of all or a portion of the amount of a Distribution; or (ii) reduction of such Holder’s applicable Deferred Amount, in each case, to the extent the Claims Administrator may make Subsequent Adjustments if it determines, in its sole discretion, that any Distribution received by such Holder was incorrect.
