Subscription Service Fee definition

Subscription Service Fee means all amounts invoiced and payable by Customer for the Service.
Subscription Service Fee means the annual amount invoiced and payable for Client’s use of the Service. The Subscription Service Fee does not include the one-time implementation fees for the Services as set forth in Exhibit A Statement of Work.
Subscription Service Fee means the fee charged to Customer by Centrify for the Subscription Service for the Subscription Term or for the number of Compute Hours purchased, which shall include the Maintenance Fee that corresponds to the support package selected by Customer. If Customer obtains a subscription to the Subscription Service from a Reseller, Customer may pay the Subscription Service Fee to the Reseller and not to Centrify directly.

Examples of Subscription Service Fee in a sentence

  • If the Agreement is terminated by Butterfly as a result of a material breach by Client, Client shall remain liable for the payment for the entire Subscription Service Fee, as applicable, for the then current Term, as the case may be, and any unpaid amounts still due and owing for Devices.

  • CKT in consideration of the payment made by the Licensee to CKT of the ANNUAL Subscription Service Fee hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, only during the Subscription Period and only for the purpose of utilizing the CKT Service to provide Internet filtering security and control services to the number of end users or Devices licensed by CKT to receive the Service, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

  • Periodic upgrades to the Subscription Service and the underlying Application are included in the annual Subscription Service Fee.

  • CKT may invoice the Licensee 30 days in advance of the expiration of the Subscription Period for the Subscription Service Fee.

More Definitions of Subscription Service Fee

Subscription Service Fee means all amounts invoiced and payable by Customer for the Service. “Support Services” means the support and training services provided by Koverse pursuant to the SLA. “Term” has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1 (Term) of the Agreement.

Related to Subscription Service Fee

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Subscription Fee means the Fees payable by IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing the signals of Zee Group Channels on a monthly basis and calculated as “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” multiplied by average active subscribers for any given month.
