Subscription Service definition

Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

Subscription Service means the ServiceNow software-as-a-service offering ordered by Customer under a Use Authorization.

Subscription Service means the provision of EMS or transport by a certificate holder to a group of individuals within the certificate holder’s service area and the allocation of annual costs among the group of individuals.

• You agree that all such comments and suggestions will be non-confidential and that we own all rights to use and incorporate them into the Subscription Service or Consulting Services, without payment or attribution to you.

• We may monitor use of the Subscription Service by all of our customers and use the data gathered in an aggregate and anonymous manner.

More Definitions of Subscription Service

Subscription Service means all of our web-based applications, tools and platforms that you have subscribed to under an Order Form or that we otherwise make available to you, and are developed, operated, and maintained by us, accessible via http://hubspot.com or another designated URL, and any ancillary products and services, including website hosting, that we provide to you.

Subscription Service means the ServiceNow software-as-a-service offering ordered by Customer under an Order Form, Use Authorization or other signed ordering document between ServiceNow and Customer.
