Subscription Limit definition

Subscription Limit means any applicable limit on the Issuer’s ability to fund newly issued ETP Securities pursuant to the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement or the LS Margin Account Agreement, as may be amended from time to time.

Subscription Limit means the aggregate of One Million One Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Nine (1,152,599) common shares of the Corporation on the basis of three (3) common shares for each common share of the Corporation issued p to the exercise of the Option Shares.
