Subscription Licence definition

Subscription Licence. Access to use one or more Hindenburg Products on a monthly or yearly basis as available upon payment in advance of the required subscription fee (Subscription). Includes all updates and upgrades during valid subscription period, as well as Full Support as defined below. A Subscription Term is automatically renewed unless the Licensee terminates this Agreement 30 days before the end of the current Term.

Subscription Licence means a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-assignable, terminable licence (without the right to sublicence) to use the Software in accordance with section 2.2 below for the agreed time period during which the Software and/or the Services are provided to You, including but not limited to the duration of any managed services contract (the “Subscription Term”).

Examples of Subscription Licence in a sentence

• AvePoint shall make the SaaS Services available to the Customer for the term of the Subscription Licence that was purchased by Customer for the Hosted Licensed Property.

• Should you choose to subscribe to the Module, these terms or the then current Subscription Licence shall govern your use of the Solution.

Subscription Licence means the arrangements under which the Licensee is only granted use by Bluechip to use the Licensed Products for a specified period;
