Subscription Level definition

Subscription Level means the level of a Subscription purchased by Customer. The level of the Subscription purchased by Customer determines the Eligible Features and Functions that Customer is entitled to use, and the specific Support Services that Customer is entitled to receive, if any, with respect to any Products included in the Subscription. Links to specific descriptions of the Subscription Levels for each Product are included in the applicable Addendum.
Subscription Level means the level of a Subscription purchased by MSP, as indicated on an applicable Order Form. The Subscription Level purchased by MSP for a Cloud Service determines the specific Support Services that MSP is entitled to receive, and the Eligible Features and Functions of such Cloud Service that MSP is entitled to use, in each case, as more fully described at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xx/cloud/as-a-service/cloud_services/subscriptions.
Subscription Level means Customer’s right, for a fixed period of time, to possess, use and/or access, an applicable Product, and if applicable, to receive associated Support Services.

Examples of Subscription Level in a sentence

  • In each Resource Procurement Period the Company will match as accurately as possible the combined Renewable Subscription Level of all Participants with a renewable resource, subject to availability.

  • Support Services will only be delivered remotely, electronically, through the Internet, and when applicable, depending on the particular Subscription Level purchased, via telephone.

  • Each Account may be used in connection with one or more Subscriptions, provided that all Subscriptions for the same Cloud Service within an individual Account must be at the same Subscription Level.

  • During the applicable Subscription Term for a Cloud Service, Elastic will provide Customer with Support Services in accordance with the applicable Support Services Policy and the Subscription Level purchased by Customer.
