Subscription Funds definition

Subscription Funds means all funds received with respect to all Successful Subscriptions in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement;

Subscription Funds means any and all monies tendered by eligible holders of Rights or Contingent Rights on subscription for the Units;

Subscription Funds shall have the meaning set forth in the Section of this Escrow Agreement titled "Background."

Examples of Subscription Funds in a sentence

• For the avoidance of doubt, no interest is payable on the Advance Subscription Funds in any circumstance.

• No such fee or reimbursement expenses shall be paid out of or chargeable to the Subscription Funds on deposit in the Escrow Account.

• The Subscription Receipt Agent shall retain the Escrowed Subscription Funds for the benefit of the holders of the Subscription Receipts and, upon the delivery of the Escrow Release Notice to the Subscription Receipt Agent (at or before the Escrow Release Deadline), retroactively for the benefit of the Corporation and the Agents in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

• The Company hereby appoints the Escrow Agent to hold the Subscription Funds in escrow on behalf of the Company.

More Definitions of Subscription Funds

Subscription Funds means C$10,450,000, being the total purchase price for the Common Shares being subscribed for by the Purchaser pursuant to this Subscription Agreement; and
