Subscription Fee definition

Subscription Fee means the Fees payable by IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing the signals of Zee Group Channels on a monthly basis and calculated as “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” multiplied by average active subscribers for any given month.
Subscription Fee means the subscription fee as defined in clause 5 of Part I of the SLA.
Subscription Fee means the amount you pay for the Subscription Service.

More Definitions of Subscription Fee

Subscription Fee means, unless otherwise specified in the relevant Supplement, a fee, of up to 5 per cent of the aggregate investment amount subscribed.
