Subscription End Date definition

Subscription End Date means the date on which Adverity will withdraw the Application Services from Customer as set forth in an applicable Commercial Agreement.

Subscription End Date means the end date of the Service as stated on the Order Form.

Subscription End Date means, for each Subscription Licensed Work, respectively, the date on which the subscription ends for that Licensed Work (as may be specified in Schedule A and/or in the relevant invoice and/or as otherwise agreed in writing) or any subsequent date agreed in writing by the parties under the renewal process in this Agreement;
