The CUSTOMER shall pay all Subscription Charges fees and other compensation for the relevant Services and Software as specified in an End Client Agreement, to VAR.

In any future Subscription Term, no refunds or credits for Subscription Charges or other fees or payments will be provided to Subscriber if Subscriber elects to downgrade their Service Plan.
