Subscription Charges definition

Subscription Charges means all charges associated with Your access to and use of an Account.

Subscription Charges means fees payable by you for your use of (a) the Services, as specifically set forth in your Order Form, (b) the API, or (c) any add-on features or Services requested by you from time to time.

Subscription Charges means dollar amounts due and payable to Front by Customer under this Agreement as compensation for Customer’s use of the Services.

Examples of Subscription Charges in a sentence

• The CUSTOMER shall pay all Subscription Charges fees and other compensation for the relevant Services and Software as specified in an End Client Agreement, to VAR.

• Charges the Subscription Charges, the Bespoke Development Service Charges and/or the Training Service Charges (as the case may be).

• If Subscriber chooses to upgrade a Service or increase the number of authorized Subscribers during the Subscription Term (a "Subscription Upgrade"), any incremental Subscription Charges associated with such Subscription Upgrade will be prorated over the remaining period of Subscriber’s then current Subscription Term and will be due and payable upon implementation of such Subscription Upgrade.

• Unless otherwise provided for in an Order Form or the End Client Agreement, the Subscription Charges applicable to CUSTOMERS subscription to a Service for any such subsequent Subscription Term shall be the Subscription Charges for the previous Subscription Year plus a percentage increase in CPI (U.S.) or RPI (E.U.), plus 1%, for the 12 months prior to the date of the subsequent Subscription Year.

• In any future Subscription Term, no refunds or credits for Subscription Charges or other fees or payments will be provided to Subscriber if Subscriber elects to downgrade their Service Plan.

More Definitions of Subscription Charges

Subscription Charges means DBS charges for providing the GearWatch Service in respect of any Subscription Period.

Subscription Charges means the rates, fees, charges, etc. applicable for Subscribed Services(including without limitation activation or installation fees, usage charges, deposits, advances; and applicable taxes, levies, etc.).
