Subscription Charge definition

Subscription Charge means charge payable by You on a recurring basis where You have entered into a Subscription Plan.
Subscription Charge means the monthly amount (exclusive of VAT) payable by the Customer for the service as set out on the face hereof.
Subscription Charge means the for payable by and investor to the Fund on the occasion of subscription for Shares in a Fund and as set out in the relevant Supplement.

Subscription Charge means the subscription charge (if any) payable pursuant to this Offering Memorandum.
