Subscription Administrator means the named individuals appointed by You to coordinate this Agreement and administer Your subscriptions.

Subscription Administrator means each User designated by Customer in accordance with this Agreement who is authorized to (a) order Subscriptions, additional User Accounts, and additional services by submitting (and, where required, executing or accepting) Order Forms, or any addendum or amendment thereto, whether in writing or online via the Service, (b) create User Accounts, and (c) otherwise administer Customer’s and its Users’ use of and access to the Service.

  • If you did not pay for your own Subscription, your Subscription Administrator will inform you, as part of the registration process, whether you are required to pay a fee in order to register and activate your License, and how such fee is to be paid.

  • You must notify Hazelden or, if applicable, your Subscription Administrator, immediately of any breach of security, any unauthorized use of your account, or if you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure.

  • A Subscription Administrator may add subscriptions for additional Users by executing an additional written Service Order or using the Online Order Center.
