Subscriber Shares definition

Subscriber Shares means the Shares which the subscribers to the Instrument of the ICAV agree to subscribe for as more particularly hereinafter set forth after their names.
Subscriber Shares means the initial share capital of the Company subscribed for at no par value;

Examples of Subscriber Shares in a sentence

  • The minimum authorised share capital of the ICAV is €2.00 (two euro) represented by 2 (two) Subscriber Shares of no par value issued at €1.00 (one euro) each.

  • Each Share (including the Subscriber Shares) gives the holder one vote in relation to any matters relating to the Company which are submitted to Shareholders for a vote by poll.
