Subscriber Service definition

Subscriber Service refers to any Interrogation, Ticker Display, Market Minder or other service involving the use of Market Data (other than an Indirect Access Service) that Customer may create and provide to its own officers, partners and employees and/or to other Data Recipients, all as Exhibit A describes.
Subscriber Service means any service to make available Consumer Media Content employing DRM (other than a Content Transaction), including for example, and without limitation, making available Consumer Media Content on a continuing or periodic basis, whether based upon time periods (such as hourly, daily, monthly or yearly), volume consumption of Consumer Media Content, or other forms of measurement, for a subscriber fee or other consideration and/or for no charge as a result of consideration derived from a proxy or subsidizing payer (such as advertisers). As an illustration, and without limitation, Subscriber Service includes a service to offer music or movies for a monthly fee, to permit interactive games on an hourly basis, to offer 10 movies over any time for $50, to offer free digital music to members of the Columbia House Club who buy physical CDs.
Subscriber Service. SLA: Core Mean-Time-to-Repair Guarantee. Subscriber Installation Guarantee All other SLAs or warranties other than the Network Performance or Subscriber Service SLAs listed above and as described herein, whether expressed or implied, are hereby disclaimed.

  • Local Traffic is defined as any telephone call that originates in one exchange and terminates in either the same exchange, or other local calling area associated with the originating exchange as defined and specified in Section A3 of BellSouth’s General Subscriber Service Tariff.

  • Each Subscriber Service Plan shall continue for the applicable duration thereof, unless this Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, EAS includes traffic between the specific Local Service Exchange Areas, and is consistent with the service area within which SCRTC’s end user customers may make landline-to-landline calls without incurring a toll charge, as established by SCRTC’s General Subscriber Service Tariff.

  • If BellSouth is informed that an unauthorized change in local service to Louisville Telephone has occurred, BellSouth will reestablish service with the appropriate local service provider and will assess Louisville Telephone as the CLEC initiating the alleged unauthorized change, the appropriate nonrecurring charges, as set forth in Section A4 of the General Subscriber Service Tariff.

  • If BellSouth is informed that an unauthorized change in local service to VarTec has occurred, BellSouth will reestablish service with the appropriate local service provider and will assess VarTec as the CLEC initiating the alleged unauthorized change, the appropriate nonrecurring charges, as set forth in Section A4 of the General Subscriber Service Tariff.

Related to Subscriber Service

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period, and which complies with the requirements as set out under Annexure D of this Agreement;

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;
