Subscriber Lists definition

Subscriber Lists means any information, or collection of information, in whatever form arising from the provision of DIRECTV Services that identifies or allows identification of or contact with any or all Subscribers, including names, addresses, phone numbers or access card numbers of such Subscribers, or identifies or allows identification of DIRECTV Services provided to specific Subscribers, including such information in the DIRECTV Billing and Authorization System.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract.   • Personal Identifying Information or “PII” means information that alone, or in conjunction with other information, identifies an individual, as defined at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(1).

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.
