Subscriber Contracts definition

Subscriber Contracts means all contracts for the provision of the Music Now Service between Seller and Subscribers that are in effect as of the Closing Date.
Subscriber Contracts means, collectively the Bulk and Commercial Agreements, the Customer Agreements and the Third Party Monitoring Agreements.

More Definitions of Subscriber Contracts

Subscriber Contracts means all contracts for the provision of dial-up or dedicated Internet access services or Web-hosting services between Seller and any Subscriber.

  • Seller Contracts means all Contracts (i) relating to the Business under which Seller has or may acquire any rights or benefits, (ii) relating to the Business under which Seller has or may become subject to any obligation or Liability or (iii) by which any of the Purchased Assets or Assumed Liabilities is or may become bound.
