Subproject Grant definition

Subproject Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made to finance a Subproject.

Subproject Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant to a Subproject Executing Entity for the financing of a Subproject pursuant to the terms of the Operational Manual.

Subproject Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made out of the Community Upgrading Funds to a Beneficiary for the purpose of financing an approved Subproject.

• No Sub-grant shall be eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Financing unless the corresponding proposals for the Sub-project has been prepared and submitted, and the review of proposals and award of the Community Grant or Construction Sub-project Grant has been undertaken, in accordance with the guidelines, procedures and selection criteria set forth in the Implementation Manual and the Operational Manual for Community Based Contracting.

• The Service Provider will enter into a Sub-project Grant Agreement on behalf of the Beneficiaries.

• Under Category (2) until the Recipient, through INAS, shall have entered into at least two Public Works Program Subproject Grant Agreements with the selected Beneficiaries for the purpose of financing Public Works Program Subprojects under Part (A (i)) of the Project, in form and substance satisfactory to the World Bank.

More Definitions of Subproject Grant

Subproject Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient for the purpose of financing Subprojects (as hereinafter defined) under Part A of the Project;
