Subproject means an activity or other initiative to be carried out by a Beneficiary under the Project, which, having met the eligibility criteria set out in the Implementation Manual and the provisions of paragraphs 7 and 8 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, is eligible for financing, through a Subproject Grant, under Parts A and B of the Project;
Subproject means a Subproject under the Project that meets the Subproject eligibility criteria set forth in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
Subproject means each and any of the subprojects under the Project as described in Schedule 1 to this Loan Agreement; and

SPG shall ensure that (a) the Linqing MWM IA is 100% owned by the Linqing City Government, (b) the Linqing MWM IA and the Yinhe Paper Mill operate on an arm’s-length basis, and (c) the Yinhe Paper Mill pays for all MWM services provided by the Linqing MWM Subproject in accordance with prevailing tariff rates.
In the event that a Subproject does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Subproject complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower, the Safeguard Policy Statement and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in a Safeguards Monitoring Report.
More Definitions of Subproject
Subproject means a scheme, activity or service financed, or proposed to be financed through Sub-grants made through IDCOL under Part 1 of the Project, which meets the criteria set forth in the Operating Guidelines.
Subproject means a specific development activity under Part 3(c)(ii) of the Project, and included in the Community and Sector Development Plans, to be financed out of the proceeds of a Sub-grant; and “Subprojects” means more than one such Subproject.
