Subordination Deed definition

Subordination Deed means a subordination deed executed or to be executed by the Borrower and the Subordinated Creditor in favour of the Lender in connection with the Facility Letter Subsidiary means a subsidiary undertaking within the meaning of section 1162 of the Companies Act 2006 Tax means any tax, levy, impost, duty or other charge or withholding of a similar nature (including any penalty or interest payable in connection with any failure to pay or any delay in paying any of the same)
Subordination Deed means a subordination deed in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Agent and providing for the subordination of the obligations specified therein to the Secured Obligations.
Subordination Deed means a document in the form set out in Schedule 8 (Form of Subordination Deed) duly completed and executed by the parties thereto.
