Subordinated Voting Shares definition

Subordinated Voting Shares means the Class A common shares designated as subordinated voting shares in the capital of the Company;
Subordinated Voting Shares means the Subordinated Voting Shares into which the Darien Shares will be reclassified and will have the terms and conditions set out in Schedule C.
Subordinated Voting Shares means the Subordinated Voting Shares into which the Bayswater Shares will be reclassified, having the terms and conditions set out in Schedule C.
