Subordinated Note Indenture definition

Subordinated Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of the Closing Date, among the Borrower, the guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York, as trustee, pursuant to which the Subordinated Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 10.7(b).
Subordinated Note Indenture means the indenture or indentures, pursuant to which the Subordinated Notes are issued, as such indenture or indentures may be amended from time to time to the extent permitted under subsection 7.12B.
Subordinated Note Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Borrower and First Union National Bank, as trustee, as the same may be amended, modified, restated or supplemented and in effect from time to time.

More Definitions of Subordinated Note Indenture

Subordinated Note Indenture means the indenture, dated as of the date of this Indenture, to be executed by the Issuers and the Subordinated Note Trustee, pursuant to which the Subordinated Notes will be issued.
