Subordinated Indebtedness definition

Subordinated Indebtedness means any Indebtedness of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries that is contractually subordinated to the Indebtedness under the Loan Documents.
Subordinated Indebtedness means Indebtedness which is expressly subordinated in right of payment to the prior payment in full of the Obligations on terms reasonably acceptable to the Agents.
Subordinated Indebtedness means Indebtedness of a Loan Party that is subordinated by its terms (including pursuant to the terms of any subordination agreement, intercreditor agreement, or otherwise) in right of payment to the Obligations of such Loan Party.
