Subordinated Collateral definition

Subordinated Collateral means any property or assets that may at any time be or become subject to a lien or security interest in favor of the Subordinated Creditor pursuant to the Subordinated Collateral Documents or otherwise, and all products and proceeds of any of the foregoing.]

More Definitions of Subordinated Collateral

Subordinated Collateral means any “Collateral” as defined in any Subordinated Note Document or any other assets of AGMIT with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted pursuant to a Subordinated Note Document as security for any Subordinated Obligations.
