Subordinated Class definition

Subordinated Class means, with respect to the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes.
Subordinated Class has, with respect to a Class of Notes of any Series, the meaning specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
Subordinated Class means (a) with respect to the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes and/or Class C Notes and (b) with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes.

More Definitions of Subordinated Class

Subordinated Class means (a) with respect to Class A Notes of a series, Class B Notes or Class C Notes of that series, and (b) with respect to Class B Notes of a series, Class C Notes of that series.
Subordinated Class means any Class of Notes that is identified as being a "Subordinated Class" in the applicable Supplement. With respect to any Subsequent Issuance of a Subordinated Class, the Supplement pursuant to which such new Notes are to be issued shall specify the priority in payment of such new Subordinated Class relative to each other Subordinated Class outstanding as of such Subsequent Issuance Date.
Subordinated Class means (a) with respect to the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes or Class C Notes, (b) with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes. "Targeted Interest Deposit Amount" means, with respect to the MBNAseries Notes for any Transfer Date, the aggregate amount targeted to be deposited in the Interest Funding Account pursuant to Section 3.02 for such Transfer Date. "Targeted Principal Deposit Amount" means, with respect to the MBNAseries Notes for any Transfer Date, the aggregate amount targeted to be deposited in the Principal Funding Account pursuant to Section 3.10 for such Transfer Date. "Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount" means, with respect to any Monthly Period for any tranche or class of Notes, the sum of the Available Funds Allocation Amount for such tranche or class, as applicable, as of the close of business on each day during such Monthly Period divided by the actual number of days in such period. Section 1.02.
Subordinated Class means a Senior Subordinated Class or a Junior Subordinated Class.
Subordinated Class has, with respect to a Class of Notes of any Series, the meaning specified in the related Indenture Supplement, if applicable for such Class of Notes.
Subordinated Class means each Investor Certificate issued hereunder.

Related to Subordinated Class

  • Subordinated Claims means the aggregate amount of all claims admitted in the winding up or dissolution of the Issuer which rank, or are expressed to rank, junior to claims in respect of the Senior Non-Preferred Notes or other Senior Non-Preferred Claims, including (without limitation) (i) claims of creditors in respect of the Subordinated Notes and (ii) the obligations of the Issuer which constitute, or would but for any applicable limitation on the amount of such capital constitute, Tier 2 Capital, Additional Tier 1 Capital or CET1 Capital, including, for the avoidance of doubt, all claims in respect of Deferred Shares.

  • Subordinated Claim means a Claim of the kind described in sections 726(a)(3) or 726(a)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code and/or Claims subordinated under sections 510(b) or 510(c) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Related Classes As to any Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest, those classes of Certificates identified as "Related Classes of Certificates" to such Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest in the definition of Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest.

  • Class E Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A Note Balance means, at any time, the sum of the Class A-1 Note Balance, the Class A-2 Note Balance and the Class A-3 Note Balance at such time.

  • Class A Noteholders means, collectively, the Class A-1 Noteholders, the Class A-2 Noteholders, the Class A-3 Noteholders and the Class A-4 Noteholders.

  • Subordinate Notes means the B Notes and the C Notes, individually or collectively, as the context may require.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Note Balance means, with respect to any date of determination, for any Class, the Class A-1 Note Balance, the Class A-2 Note Balance, the Class A-3 Note Balance, the Class B Note Balance, the Class C Note Balance, the Class D Note Balance or the Class E Note Balance, as applicable, or with respect to the Notes generally, the sum of all of the foregoing.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess of the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Payment Date, over the amount in respect of interest that was actually paid on the Class A Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to holders of the Class A Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the respective interest rates borne by each Class of the Class A Notes for the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Group 2 Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Restricted Classes As defined in Section 4.02(e).

  • Subordinate Reduction Amount With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Scheduled Principal, Unscheduled Principal and Recovery Principal for such Payment Date, less the Senior Reduction Amount.

  • Initial Class C Note Balance means $152,941,000.

  • Original Subordinate Principal Balance The sum of the aggregate Current Principal Amounts of each Class of Subordinate Certificates as of the Closing Date.

  • Senior Class Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.09.
