Subordinate Reduction Amount definition

Subordinate Reduction Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Scheduled Principal, Unscheduled Principal and Recovery Principal for such Payment Date, less the Senior Reduction Amount.
Subordinate Reduction Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Scheduled Principal, the Unscheduled Principal and the Recovery Principal for such Payment Date, less the Senior Reduction Amount for such Payment Date.
Subordinate Reduction Amount means, with respect to any Premium Payment Date, the sum of the Stated Principal and Recovery Principal for such Premium Payment Date, less the Senior Reduction Amount.
